Any damage to your order must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your goods .
We regret that we can only deliver within mainland UK. But if you drop me an e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org, I will give a quote for Highlands and Islands.
Out of stock back orders: we will notify you of any item out of stock and advise when delivery will be possible. If you do not want to wait then we will refund your money if you have already paid.
Returns: If goods have already been dispatched and you change your mind, you can send the goods back to us for a refund. The cost of the postage back to us must be paid for by you.
If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us by email at email@example.com within 7 days and a refund will be arranged for any payment already received.
We will only issue a refund after we have received the goods and they have been found to be unused and in their original packaging. In the case of faulty goods we will replace the item, refunding your return postage, or refund the value of the item should you not want a replacement.
